Family History Feast- State Library Victoria

Bookings have opened for the ninth annual Family History Feast on Monday 30th July, 2012.  This event is an opportunity for family history researchers to hear lectures from the major Victorian government agencies that include the following:

The Immigration Museum
The State Library of Victoria
The Victorian Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
The Public Record Office Victoria
The National Archives of Australia (Victorian Office)
The Victorian Association of Family History Organisations

The 2012 annual Don Grant Lecture will be given by Professor Janet McCalman of the Founders and Survivors Project on the topic "Family Secrets: Vandemonians in Victoria".
