Rare Book Week is back for 2016 with over 40 events planned throughout the city starting this week. This is a chance to discover some rarities in your collection with free appraisals, talks on travel books, sports books, discussions on the history of Penguin books and so much more. Events will be held throughout the CBD from Thursday 14 - 24 July and will include the Rare Book Fair where exhibitors will be selling hard to find items. Brave the cold this week and join in the celebrations of Melbourne Rare Book Week this week until the 26th July. Programs run throughout the week with author talks, exhibitions and programs all through the CBD. The celebration of all things rare books ends in the Melbourne Rare Book Fair from the 24th till the 26th of July at Wilson Hall, The University of Melbourne.
